Hands Free are Winners at enei Awards 2015
After being announced as finalists in the ‘Inclusive Culture’ category, Lawrence Howard (MD) and Theresa Pruvost (Head of Operations) were in attendance at the 2015 enei Awards held at the prestigious Law Society in London earlier this week.
This award demonstrated Hands Free’s innovative approach to supporting current employees in terms of equality and diversity. It also evidenced inclusiveness in their recruitment process.
Hands Free were delighted to win this award against some stiff competition.

Lawrence said, “it was such an honour to win this award and to be recognised for what we do. However, it is good practice to adopt these policies, not only because it is morally right, but it also has a really positive impact on all of the team and improves staff retention”
Theresa said, “I’m really proud to manage and support the diverse team we have at Hands-Free. Over the last 5 years, we have changed the culture within our organisation so that equality and inclusion is at the forefront of everything we do. The feedback we receive from staff is that morale is high, we accommodate their needs and they feel valued by Hands-Free.”
