Here at Hands-Free Computing we really do understand dyslexia and the issues it can cause in the workplace, if left undiagnosed and untreated.
Dyslexia can make a person feel stressed and isolated, while they are often left wondering why they can’t do certain things that others take for granted. This often includes reading large amounts of text, spelling appropriately or compiling documents clearly.
But, with the right solutions and training, dyslexics can cope with all this and more - and really let their ability shine through.
Dyslexics often have many fabulous qualities, such as being able to think ‘outside the box'. They can be great at problem solving, extremely bright and very articulate but they can also struggle with organisation and time management, sometimes leading to difficulties in the workplace.
Hands-Free works alongside both individuals and employers to put in place solutions for a healthy and happy workforce. This ensures that employers comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.
Our team of assessors will look at the problems an individual is experiencing and recommend the appropriate solutions to enable them work more efficiently and productively.
