Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you receive a product from us and you find that it is incorrect, do not open the item.

Please inform us immediately arrange for the product to be return to us. If you think that you have purchased the wrong product, or that the product is defective, we will refund you the purchase price provided that:

  1. The software is returned to us in an unopened, resalable condition.
  2. That you have not installed and registered the software with the manufacturer's.
  3. The software is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please Note:

  1. If you have already installed the software and/or registered your details with the manufacturer's, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  2. Desktop and laptop PCs are exempt from this policy.

To receive a refund, simply send an email to support@hands-free.co.uk. The following information is required before we can process your refund:

If you are returning your product for a refund because you have ordered the wrong product, you will be refunded the purchase price less a handling fee of £10.00.
