Recent Awards
Between 2002 and 2005, Nuance (formally ScanSoft) hosted an annual ceremony to award Dragon partners for their outstanding achievement throughout the year. Hands-Free Computing have won more of these awards than any other Dragon partner. In 2005 the range of awards was increased. Hands-Free Computing scooped half of all of the available awards that year. We hope these confirm our continued commitment of offering the best possible solutions to our clients.

Top Dragon Partner 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002
Once again in 2005 Hands-Free Computing were awarded the Top Dragon Partner Award from Nuance. This was based on total volume of sales during 2005 making us the largest provider of Dragon software in the UK for the last 4 years.
Top Dragon Integration Partner 2005, 2004, 2003
Our technical team are among the best in the industry. In 2005, for the 3rd year running Nuance awarded Hands-Free Computing the ‘Top Integration Award’ based on the quality of technical integration work done with a number of large software companies products. This award was based not just on technical merit, but our ability to assist these companies take their newly speech enabled product to market generating significant volumes of new sales.
Top Training Partner Award 2005
Hands-Free Computing are very proud to have won this new award in 2005.
Based on customer feedback, The Top Training Award was judged on the quality of training courses offered. All our trainers have passed all of the accreditations available from Dragon. However, the company values are instilled in all of our staff and this enthusiasm ensures that everyone is always willing to go 'the extra mile' for clients. We are therefore delighted that their continued efforts have been recognised.
Top Productivity Partner Award 2005
Hands-Free Computing were given this new award because it was proved that we had increased our clients productivity rates & reduced their costs significantly more than any other partner. An example can be given from the South East London Cancer Network trial; During a 3 month pilot our solutions reduced diagnostic reporting times by 50%, and it was estimated £11k/annum could be saved per consultant!
Top Healthcare Partner Award 2005
This new award was judged on the innovative use of speech recognition to deliver clear return on investment and user benefits to the healthcare market.
Hands-Free Computing understand that healthcare professionals increasingly operate under tighter budgetary and time constraints. In response to these demands, one innovative strategy we undertake is to work in partnership with clinical system providers such as iSOFT, Misys & In Practice Systems and integrate Dragon NaturallySpeaking into their systems. This enables clinicians to work more efficiently and therefore save valuable time and resources.
